I'm interested in hearing your good 'ol stories about back in the day
I'm feeling like some kind of Old Rappelz Grandparent more and more these days. I found myself saying some really crazy stuff that new players can't seem to believe. I will post some here as an example and I would love to see some other old timers post some of theirs.
Back in the day no one had any pixies, orcs, yetis, hawks, etc .. it was ALL poultries, panteras, and tortus'. I rember some high level guy (lvl 60+ back then) with a 60 something poultry kicking the snot out of everyone in the arena.. just the poultry, he was sitting. I STILL have, and will evo 3 my original Tortus.
Back in the day, the Easter event dropped eggs that had e-pros and Ancient Strike elements in them... I got so many e-pros, I didn't even know what to do so I warehoused them, sold some to player shops for 20k ea etc..
Back in the day e-repairs were in the normal NPC shops, not a CS item. I got stacks because I was using all of the ancient strikes .. weeks later poof.. gone from the Merchant. I still had stacks
Back in the day, when a new person started the game, they didn't complain about their tortus, pantera, or poultry not being cool. They didn't cry for handouts, or go spend any real money to try to look cool.
